Shipping policy

Carriers and tracking

Orders ship with DHL as standard. Every order is tracked, and the tracking link is emailed to you when the parcel is dispatched.

Lead times

Orders placed before 12:00 (Irish time) on a working day typically dispatch the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, dispatch the next working day.

Estimated transit, once dispatched:

  • Ireland: 1-2 working days
  • United Kingdom: 2-3 working days
  • European Union: 3-5 working days
  • Rest of world: confirmed per order

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight and the number of rugs in your order.

International deliveries

We ship internationally. Customs duties, import VAT and any local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

Address changes

If you need to change a delivery address after placing the order, email hello@virollaco.com as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been collected by DHL we can't always reroute it.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email hello@virollaco.com within 7 days. We'll open a case with DHL and arrange replacement or refund once resolved.
